GR II, GR III, GR III HDF, GR IIIx, GR IIIx HDF, GR IV, GR IV HDF, and GR IV Monochrome. Individual features are gated per model based on what each camera firmware supports.
The camera won't pair over Bluetooth.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone and the camera. Put the camera into pairing mode (see your camera's manual), then tap "Pair" inside GR Link. If the pairing fails, toggle Bluetooth off and on again and retry.
Live view is laggy or disconnects.
Live view uses the camera's Wi-Fi. Stay within a few meters of the camera and make sure no other devices are connected to the camera's Wi-Fi simultaneously. GR Link will automatically attempt to recover from route errors.
My recipes didn't sync to my other device.
Recipe sync uses iCloud. Sign in to the same iCloud account on both devices and make sure iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings. Sync can take a few minutes after a change.
